Liability: Member and or parent of member warrant, represent, and agree that Member is in good physical condition and has no disability, ailment or impairment that would prevent Member from engaging in active or passive exercise that would be detrimental or inimical to Member’s safety, comfort or physical condition if Member so engages or participates. You use Westfield Family Karate facilities and equipment, and receive instruction from Westfield Family Karate, at Your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages or losses, which may occur to You or any guest of Yours. You expressively agree that Westfield Family Karate, Westfield Family Karate’s owner, agents, employees, instructors, corporate affiliates, associated clubs, and athletic organizations shall not be liable to You and/or Your guest for any damages, any losses, any injuries or any thefts of personal property in or about Westfield Family Karate’s premises. You hereby fully and forever release and discharge the aforementioned from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of You or Your guests use of Westfield Family Karate’s facilities and equipment or receiving instruction from Westfield Family Karate or any agent of Westfield Family Karate.
